SALON POLICIES

Please read our policies before scheduling a service at Desert Beauty Salon and Spa.

Cancellation Fees: We ask that you give a minimum of 48 hours when canceling your appointment. Please honor our cancellation policy to avoid charges. Appointments not canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service will be charged a fee. Keep in mind each stylist is an independent contractor and has their personalized cancellation fees. Some may require up to 50% of your scheduled service. No shows will simply not be rescheduled.

Refunds & Redos: Desert Beauty Salon and Spa is not responsible for refunds. Each stylist is an independent contractor. If you're not completely satisfied with your service, please bring it to our attention within 48 hours of your appointment.

Late Policy: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule. Please consider if you're late to your appointment, your stylist may need to alter the service from the original service scheduled.
